ELECTROBLOG - Festival of electronic music and culture
The first edition of ELECTROBLOG, Festival of electronic music and culture, sponsored by the Municipality of Trieste, will take place in Trieste on the 26 th , 27 th and 28 th of May 2006. Following the same standard of the greatest international shows, Electroblog will call in the city artists coming from all over the world. It's an event entirely dedicated to the electronic culture and its experiences, which are not only sonorous, which characterize this immense cultural universe. Electroblog is a truly unique sound experiment. With a program drawn from the roots of the best European electronic scene, no the least the influence of Berlin, it aims at renovating the concept of clubbing music which is dominant in Italy.
Furthermore, it offers to the emergent djs of several nationalities, as well as greater artists in the world, the opportunity to perform for a wide public.
Every day from 5 p.m. until late night clubs and international djs will play big effect showcase at the different festival's location.The show will also be on streming by Radio Italia Network.
The principle seat inside the Etnoblog Head Quartier will be located in via Madonna del Mare n°3, . Other festival locations will be set up in the heart of town, contaminating spaces in Cittavecchia and involving clubs and squares in the historical center.
Musical performances (live and djset), workshops, video projections and round tables, will take place in the gardens andof Androna degli Orti, carrying out a journey through the history of this fascinating world, from its origins to the present day, through its various stages and evolutions.
